Message from the President & CEO: Important Update during COVID-19 Crisis

Dear Valued Customer,

Our team and operation is committed and pleased to continue to serve you.

Over the past weeks we are seeing a spike in orders, and we have taken measures to secure our supply chain.

Please also be assured that we have implemented safety precautions including frequent hand washing and social distancing.

As this rapidly evolving crisis situation changes from day to day, we may need reduce quantities per order and even limit the number of daily orders in order to mitigate the increased demand, and to ensure all of our customers' needs are adequately and fairly met. We will communicate any order adjustments on an individual order basis.

There may likely also be a delay in shipping times once your order leaves our warehouse. Unless we deliver the order via our own delivery drivers in the Calgary area, unfortunately any possible delay while your order is in transit with Canada Post or any other courier service is beyond our control. We may contact you to discuss the best possible shipping scenario on an order-by-order basis, prior to shipping out your order.

During this difficult time and in order to assist those who need to self-isolate, we have made the conscious decision to temporarily offer free shipping for Calgary and a number of communities south of Calgary.

Please take care of yourselves, as we are doing so ourselves.
