COVID-19 Procedures Update

Dear Valued Customer,

Our team and operation is committed and pleased to continue to serve you. We feel privileged that we have been able to continue to serve our customers without interruption.

Your safety is extremely important to us. We are following safety precautions including frequent hand washing, hand-sanitizing, mask wearing, and physical distancing. 

At this time and in order to assist those who need to self-isolate, we have made the conscious decision to temporarily offer free shipping for Calgary and a number of communities south of Calgary. This also reduces the number of people handling the products and packages.

Due to the increase in the demand for shipping services please be advised that there may be a delay in shipping times once your order leaves our warehouse. Unless we deliver the order via our own delivery drivers in the Calgary area, unfortunately any possible delay while your order is in transit with Canada Post or any other courier service is beyond our control. We may contact you to discuss the best possible shipping scenario on an order-by-order basis, prior to shipping out your order.
